The UV lamps used in the Solara Ion create no osone, unlike the high-pressure mercury vapor UV lamps used in other printers.

The Solara ion is emission free and releases no volatile organic compounds into the air.

The low temperature Cold Fire Cure™ used in the Solara Ion allows it to print on heat sensitive materials like biodegradable and recycled sign board.
Energy Efficient
The low energy Cold Fire Cure™ uses less energy during printing than other high temperature UV curable systems.
