Built for the folks who look after the TVs on top of everything else they do. Every feature is included in every plan.
Every screen saves its pictures and videos on the stick itself. If the Wi-Fi drops, on a bus, in a basement, or during a storm, it keeps playing what it has and catches up the moment it’s back online.
Share PowerPoint, ProPresenter, a video or anything on your screen to the TVs in a room. No cables, no changing inputs. The announcements come back when you’re done.
Two TVs or forty, the price is the same. Give every screen its own content, or share one playlist everywhere.
One tap puts a severe-weather, lockdown or “service is starting” message on every screen, or just one area, within seconds.
Several TVs in one room? They change slides together, at the same moment, every time.
Add a side panel with the time, weather and a QR code, or a scrolling ticker along the bottom.
Built-in widgets for the time, “service starts in 4:32” countdowns, QR codes for giving or sign-ups, and local weather.
Connect a Google or Outlook calendar and your upcoming events show up by themselves.
Upload a PDF, or save your PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides as one. Every page becomes a slide.
A Sunday-morning loop, a lunch menu from 11 to 2. Give a slide an end date and it takes itself down after the event.
Screens sleep overnight and wake themselves in the morning, saving power and the life of your TVs.
See exactly what any screen is showing from your phone, and get an email if one stops checking in.
Group screens by room or building and change “all the lobby screens” in one step.
Reports of what played, where and for how long, with a CSV for sponsors and advertisers.
Mount a TV on its side for posters and directional signs. Flip it to portrait with one setting.
JPGs, PNGs, GIFs and MP4s, plus live web pages like a prayer board or menu.
Invite as many people as you like to update the screens. No extra seats to pay for.
Keep the time, the weather and a QR code on screen while your slides play, with a ticker for the announcements everyone needs to see.
The announcements loop until someone needs the screens. Open signagesite.app/present on any laptop, type the room code from the TV, and share your screen. Every TV in the room switches over together, then goes right back to the announcements when you’re done.
When something happens, you shouldn’t be hunting for a remote. Send an alert from your phone and every screen, or just one building, shows it right away until you end it.
No installers, no IT department, no contracts.
Any Google TV streaming stick works, like the onn 4K stick for about $30, or a TV with Google TV built in. Install the free SignageSite app from the Play Store.
The app shows a six-letter code. Sign in to SignageSite on your phone or computer and type it in.
Upload your slides, drop them in a playlist, and choose it for the screen. It’s on the TV within a minute.
Slide to your number of screens.

A TV with an HDMI port, Wi-Fi, and a Google TV streaming stick. The onn 4K stick from Walmart (about $30) works great. TVs with Google TV or Android TV built in can install the app directly, no stick needed.
Nothing your guests will notice. Each screen keeps a copy of everything it plays, so it carries on with its last playlist and schedule. When the connection comes back, it picks up any changes on its own.
Yes. Your plan covers as many screens as you want to add. It includes 5 GB of storage for pictures and video, which is thousands of slides or plenty of short videos.
Amazon’s newest Fire TV sticks no longer allow apps like SignageSite, so we recommend a Google TV stick instead. They cost about the same.
Yes. Pick portrait for that screen, and everything turns to fit. It’s perfect for posters and directional signs.
JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF pictures, MP4 videos, and PDFs (each page becomes a slide). For PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, save as PDF first. For the sharpest picture, make slides 1920×1080 (or 1080×1920 for tall screens). You can also show live web pages.
Screens check in every 30 seconds, so an alert is usually on every screen within half a minute. A screen that’s offline shows it the moment it reconnects.
Yes. Turn on “Keep screens in sync” for a playlist and every screen playing it changes slides at the same moment, even if they were switched on at different times.
Set on/off hours for a screen and it goes dark and lets the stick sleep overnight, which turns most TVs off too, then wakes itself in the morning. Exactly how the TV responds depends on its HDMI settings.
Give the screens in a room the same Room name. A small code shows in the corner of those TVs. Anyone in the room opens signagesite.app/present, types the code, and clicks Share. Your team can sign in and pick any room without a code. The picture goes straight from the laptop to the TVs over your network, usually within a few seconds.
On most church, school and office Wi-Fi, yes. Some guest networks keep devices from talking to each other. If yours does, put the laptop on the same network as the TVs, or ask us about adding a relay server. Video looks best when the TVs and laptop have a strong signal (or the stick is wired with an Ethernet adapter).
Your first 14 days are free. After that it’s $5 a month or $50 a year, billed securely through Square. Cancel any time from your account, and your screens run until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
